UPDATE: Status on 28th September 2015 – we have enough sponsoring to make the hackathon happen. Only very few things are still to be financed (mainly “nice to have”), they can be found at Stuff.

DONE: Since we cannot complete all tasks with material donations, we are also very happy about monetary donations. The following examples show what they are needed for:

• Catering during the hackathon (all volunteers are already donating their expertise and time, they should not pay additionally)
• Travel allowances for the travel to the hackathons and back home, maybe also for accomodations
• Costs for marketing stuff like stickers, posters, maybe t-shirts
• maybe there are also costs for location, technics, internet, office supplies and other trivia …

There will soon be a betterplace project for donations. But you can of course contact us already now. Each euro we know we’ll get helps with planning the event: we cannot supply things we cannot finance, and a lot of shopping has to be done in advance.
